Crack Heal 920

Description

Crack Heal 920 is a high quality filler material for the filling of static cracks, holes and levelling uneven surfaces on concrete and plaster.

APPLICATION
Remove dust, oil, grease, loose material and paints which may affect adhesion with the substrate. Moisten the surface with clean water before application. Put appropriate amount of clean water in a suitable pot or mixing container. Add the required amount of Crack Heal 92O powder gradually and mix for 3 minutes using a mechanical mixer till the mixture is uniform and free of lumps. Let the composition stand for about 2 minutes and mix again. The product should achieve the right consistency for application. Finish it by pressing it inside the void and finishing it off with a flat metal or plastic trowel. If the mortar pot starts to harden it is recommended not to add extra water, just remix till it turns back to the desired consistency.

CURING              
No curing required in general. Crack Heal 92O can be cured for 48 hours if the temperature during application has exceeded 4O”C.

SHELF LIFE          
Expiration of Crack Heal 920 is 6 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions

HEALTH AND SAFETY
Crack Heal 920 is not regarded hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please Refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
