Ressi SBR 5850

Description

Ressi SBR 5850 is a ready-for use aqueous dispersion of a styrene-butadiene co-polymer with high stability against electrolytes. It contains anionic/non-ionic emulsifier system and is free from film forming aids. solvents, plasticisers and ammonia. Ressi SBR 5850 is a Material of Very high solids and is an SBR emulsion of its purest form.

PRODUCT PRESERVATION
Ressi SBR 5850 is preserved against bacterial and fungal attack. In the manufacture of finished product, the material has to be retreated, as usual, with suitable biocides to give enhanced preservation.

SHELF LIFE
J2 months from the date of manufacture when stored under warehouse conditions in original unopened packing. Extreme temperature/humidity may reduce shelf life.

CLEANING
Clean all equipment and tools with water immediately after use. Hardened material can be removed mechanically.

(AS A BONDING SLURRY COAT)
As per recommended dosage, Add Ressi SBR 5850 to premeasured quantity of water in a suitable container and stir well. Add cement slowly and mix well using a slow speed drill machine fitted with a paddle.

(AS AN ADDITIVE)
It is recommended that a forced action mixer or a low speed drill fitted with a paddle should be used. Weigh the cement and sand where required into the mixer and dry blend together for one minute. With the machine in operation. add the pre mixed Ressi SBR 5850 and clean water. Continue mixing for 3 minutes to ensure complete dispersal into the sand cement mix. Make any small adjustment to the quantity of clean water but do not significantly exceed the dosage or mix design. Mix until homogenous material is obtained.
