Kaizen Neo Oil-Based Wall Primer & Sealer

Description

Kaizen Neo Oil-Based Wall Primer & Sealer is a solvent based primer. It provides excellent bonding between the surface and top coat and is most suited for surfaces which experience constant contact and mishandling. Kansai Oil-Based Wall Primer & Sealer is recommended when applying water-based paint to existing oil-based paint.
