Patch 365

Description

Patch 365 is a dry premix repairing mortar useful for the repairing of old deformed plaster works. damaged floor screed with potholes and concrete where surface honeycombing has occurred. Patch 365 is also highly recommended for the use in refurbishment & renovation works.

SURFACE PREPARATION
All Loose panicles dust and oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For very hot climatic conditions, the surface may be dampened with potabie water. For restorative plaster works it is recommended to thoroughly remove the old plaster work and expose the base substrate (Block, Brick or concrete surface) and clean it with potable water to ensure that there are no loose particles on the surface.

PRODUCT PREPARATION
It is important that water is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The Mortar powder should be added over the water to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The Mixing container should be uncontaminated, non-corrosive and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that the material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump free mix.

APPLICATION
Patch 365 can be applied by hand or wet spray. It should be firmly placed to ensure proper bonding with the prepared surface. A wood flat, steel blade trowel or a plastic float can be used for levelling and initial finish.

CURING
Minimum 48 Hours

SHELF LIFE
Expiration of Patch 365 is at 06 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions.

Patch 365 is regarded as non-hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please Refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
