Patch 365 Plus

Description

Patch 365 Plus is a wo”component dry premix repairing mortar useful for the repairing of old deformed plaster works, damaged floor screed with potholes and concrete where surface honeycombing has occurred. Patch 365 Plus is also highly recommended for the use in refurbishment & renovation works. Patch 365 Plus is extremely useful for areas where high strength, water resistivity and some flexibility is required in the mortar.

SURFACE PREPARATION              
All Loose particles dust and oil shall be cleaned off the surface prior to application. For very hot climatic conditions, the surface may be dampened with potable water. For restorative plaster works it is recommended to thoroughly remove the old plaster work and expose the base substrate (Block. Brick or concrete surface) and clean it with potable water to ensure that there are no loose particles on the surface.

PRODUCT  PREPARATION
It is important that water and required polymer liquid is premeasured in accordance with the amount of material used. The Mortar powder should be added over the mixed liquid to avoid the settlement of the material at the bottom of the mixing container. The mixing container should be uncontaminated. non-corrosive and clean. Only potable water should be used for mixing. It is also recommended that the material should be mechanically mixed with a mortar mixer or other mechanical mixing methods to obtain a consistent lump free mix.

APPLICATION
Patch 365 Plus can be applied by hand or wet spray. It should be firmly placed to ensure proper bonding with the prepared surface. A wood flat, steel blade. trowel or a plastic float can be used for levelling and initial finish.

SHELF LIFE          
Expiration of Patch 365 Plus is at 06 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions.
