Crack Heal 910

Description

Crack Heal 910 is a high quality filler material for filling the chipping of service conduits for electric, plumbing and gaslines on masonry and concrete masses. It can also be used to fill out large holes and levelling uneven surfaces of concrete and plasters.

TECHNICAL DATA

APPLICATION
Remove dust, oil, grease, loose material and paints which may affect adhesion with the substrate. Moisten the surface with clean water before application. Put appropriate amount of clean water in a suitable pot or mixing container. Add the required amount of Crack Heal 910 gradually and mix for 3 minutes using a mechanical mixer till the mixture is uniform and free of lumps. Let the com position stand for about 2 minutes and mix again. The product should achieve the right consistency for application. Finish it by pressing it inside the duct or void and finishing it off with a flat metal or plastic trowel. If the mortar pot starts to harden it is recommended not to add extra water. just remix till it turns back to the desired consistency. The extra water can only be added once.

CURING              
No curing required in general. Crack Heal 910 can be cured for 48 hours if the temprature during application has exceeded 40 °C.

SHELF LIFE
Expiration of Crack Heal 910 is 6 months after production date under dry and sheltered conditions

Crack Heal 910 is not regarded hazardous for transportation. Do not reuse bags or containers and dispose them off as per local rules and regulations. Gloves and suitable masks can be worn during application. Please refer to the MSDS of the product for further health and safety information.
